Queen Lema is a seasoned leader with extensive experience spanning government, business, and international consultancy. She is the President and Founder of YENCHI Consultancy Services, established in 2019, where she focuses on building strategic partnerships that advance education, professional mobility, and business development both locally and globally.
Since 2004, she has also served as President of AQUAVIR International Inc., a licensed recruitment agency recognized for connecting skilled professionals to opportunities worldwide while upholding ethical and high-quality recruitment practices. Her career began in public service as a Legislative Staff Officer at the Senate of the Philippines, where she contributed to national budget analysis, policy development, and fiscal oversight.
Drawing from this diverse background, Queen Lema has established herself as a trusted voice in creating meaningful collaborations and driving opportunities that empower individuals and organizations alike.
John Lema brings nearly five years of experience in project management and customer success, primarily in the tech space.
She graduated magna cum laude from the University of the Philippines Manila in 2021 and was recognized as the CAS Outstanding Student Leader. During her time there, she served as President of both Rotaract UP Manila and ORCOMSOC, where she led the rebranding of Rotaract and guided ORCOMSOC through the first year of the pandemic. She was also an active member of AIESEC UP Manila and the Aninag Yearbook Committee.
Currently, she manages end-to-end events at Sprout Solutions, delivering high-impact experiences for clients and partners in the B2B SaaS industry. She also does creative work as a host and voice artist, both on stage and behind the scenes.
Ronaldo has over 20 years of extensive experiences in the development and implementation of student mobility both local and abroad. As a retired official of CHED, Ronaldo has played an important role in the collaboration of all the stakeholders – other Government agencies, academe and the industries both local and international in the development and implementation of student mobility program ensuring safety and protection of students.
Ronaldo has been the Director in charged in the policy development of various student mobility like Off-Campus activities, Student Internship Program, Student Assistance Program both local and international, among others. Before Ronaldo retires, he has been an instrument in the implementation of all those Student Mobility programs, directly collaborating with the academe, students, parents and industry being one of the Regional Directors of CHED. Ronaldo’s works were invariably imbued with the sense of strengthening stakeholders’ relationship in all programs of student mobility while ensuring safety and protection of students.
